Conservative Councillor John Taylor who represents West Wardle & Littleborough and served with Greater Manchester Police for three decades is calling for a clampdown on dangerous driving on Rochdale’s roads.  He says there has been a ‘shift in attitude’ among motorists that urgently needs to be addressed.
